The Bichon Frise is a new addition to our popular annual dog breed calendar series. Photography is by Dogs1st (Yoko Nakamura and Masayoshi Ohno). They are a photography team dedicated to capturing beautiful and loving moments of pets, and their life's work is to photograph the stories woven with pets against the backdrop of Japan's beautiful four seasons.
From their round, cotton candy-like fur, to the contrast of their jet-black eyes and nose, to their playfully bouncing forms. Each carefully selected purebred dog appears each month, making it a year full of cuteness.
