how to order

・Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent from sales@seibundo.com to the email address you registered . If you registered your mobile phone carrier email address (domains following @ include "docomo.ne.jp", "ezweb.ne.jp", "i.softbank.jp", etc.) when placing your order, please check your email reception settings so that you can receive emails from "sales@seibundo.com".

Depending on the email reception settings of your device, you may not be able to receive (or receive) order confirmation or product shipping emails. Please be sure to check your settings before placing your order and, if necessary, set one of the following: "Specify email address to receive" → sales@seibundo.com

■ Search for products

・Select a genre or magazine from the menu at the top, such as "Books" or "Magazines/Mooks," and then select the product. You can also search by entering keywords in the search space at the top. Clicking on the book cover will take you to the product details page. Confirm the number of copies and add them to your cart.
*You can skip the cart and go directly to the payment page by selecting the Express Checkout button below the "Add to Cart" button or by selecting "Another Payment Method."

■ Product ordering and payment

・Click the cart button on the top right and check the items in your cart. Click "Proceed to checkout" to proceed to the payment page.

・Enter your contact information and shipping address on the payment page. For the shipping address, please enter details such as the street address, building name, and room number. Once you have finished entering the necessary information, click "Proceed to Select Shipping Method" and check the shipping fee. *You cannot specify the delivery date and time.

・Shipping fee: 550 yen (uniform throughout Japan)
*Shipping charges include packaging fees and handling charges.

・Convenience store payment fees will be borne by the customer separately.

・After confirming, click "Proceed to payment" and select your payment method. Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent from sales@seibundo.com to your registered email address.
*When you register an email address when placing an order, please register an address that can receive emails sent from a computer. If you have set up your email settings, please change them before placing your order so that you can receive emails from the domain name "seibundo.com" after the @ symbol.

■Payment method

・Credit card: Please enter your card number, name, expiration date, and security code.

PayPal: After selecting, you will be redirected to PayPal. Check the details and confirm the payment.

・Other Express Checkout: Please select the service you would like to use. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are available.

Convenience store payment: After selecting, you will be redirected to the website of the external payment system " KOMOJU" . Select "Convenience store" from the payment method. Select your desired payment destination from Lawson, Family Mart, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, or Seico Mart and proceed to "Purchase procedure".

・After completing checkout, you will receive an email from no-reply@komoju.com to the email address you entered with details on how to pay at each convenience store.

・A separate convenience store payment fee will be added when you make payment. Your order will be confirmed once payment is complete. Please note that if payment is not confirmed within 2 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

・Cash on delivery: After selecting, click "Order Complete" to confirm your order. The item will be shipped using the post office's cash on delivery service. Please pay the total amount of the item price and shipping fee when you receive the item.

- Cash on delivery is not available for digital products. If you choose cash on delivery for digital products, your order will be automatically cancelled.

・To customers who choose convenience store payment: Please note that handling fees are not shown on the order confirmation screen of this website, nor on the order confirmation email or receipt.

■ Product shipping

・After your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After shipping, we will send you an email with a tracking number, but it may take up to 2 business days for the delivery status to be reflected on each company's tracking service. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Issuance of receipts

・You can issue a receipt by clicking the "Print receipt" button on the page after completing your payment, or by clicking the "Show receipt" link in the order confirmation email that will be sent to you after your order is confirmed. You can save the receipt as a PDF or print it out using your printer.

■About tax for overseas shipping

・All products on this site are listed at prices including Japanese tax with a tax rate of 10%. Shipments outside Japan will be settled after deducting Japanese tax at check-out.
・Shipping of goods from Japan may incur taxes and customs fees in the destination country. These costs are your responsibility.
・These costs include sales tax in the destination country, customs duties on the cost of the product, and fees to the carrier.
・We will ship by Japan Post or YAMATO TRANSPORT.
・Usually charges the required amount at the time of delivery.

■Attention: overseas customers

Recently, the number of packages returned from overseas is increasing.
When you receive your shipping email, always track your package and contact shipping company in time to receive it.
If your luggage is returned, you will have to pay the shipping fee again.
You properly declare your address and we will legally send your luggage to your declared address. But the luggage is back. We are sad every time.
Therefore, you will have to pay the shipping fee again to resend.
If you don't like it, we will cancel your order and refund only the item price.
