Introducing 200 different hand-woven patterns that can be made on a small loom

Many patterns can be woven even with small tabletop looms such as "Mini Ori" and "Sakiori". This book features 200 coaster-sized (approximately 13cm square) motifs, as well as many variations in different colors and threads. Why not start by choosing your favorite pattern or the one you want to try from the samples made only with extra-thick, medium-thick, and medium-thin cotton threads, and weaving it on a coaster size?

Coaster-sized weaving is easy, so try it out with the yarn you have at hand first to see how the pattern comes out and the size. Of course, you can use the coaster-sized one as is, or you can sew together several motifs. You can also weave the vertical threads together to make a larger piece, or incorporate the pattern into part of the piece.

It also explains how to thread the warp threads for "Mini-ori" and "Sakiori" as well as basic weaving methods. It also provides detailed explanations with photos so that even beginners can get started right away, including how to read the weaving diagrams for weaving each motif, how to weave while connecting the warp threads, and how to finish the tassels.

This book will expand the world of hand weaving even further when used in conjunction with the already published "The Complete Guide to Hand Weaving."
